Pelly group discusses neighborhood watch program

The Baytown Pelly Neighbors are looking into ways to start a neighborhood watch program to help lessen the chances of crime happening in their vicinity.

At a Tuesday meeting at Sterling Municipal Library, Azalia Sprecher, who organizes the group’s meetings and assists with events, started a conversation about establishing a neighborhood watch in the Pelly area.
